The project is located in Pixian County, Chengdu City, close to the 317 National Road and the Red Light Station of the Chengdu-Qingdao Express Railway, with good traffic accessibility. The design has carried out many explorations in digging into commercial energy in order to achieve a reasonable model for commercial development under high volume ratio conditions. We combine the L-shaped morphological characteristics of the three plots to guide the commercial value from the periphery to the depth, to create a good urban commercial cluster; in terms of commercial space model, we have explored and innovated in combination with local consumption habits to give full play to the advantages of physical commerce , Focus on creating the space charm of experiential commerce. We advocate the integration of architecture, planning, and landscape to achieve community interaction between residential areas and business districts, and create a rich and unique regional style for the city.
