EBU won the first prize in the international bid of Guiyang Guolong Property Jinyang "Longyu City Plaza" project and obtained the design right
A total of 5 domestic and foreign design companies participated in the competition, and EBU stood out and won the bid. The urban complex project has a total land area of 6.15 hectares, a total floor area of 215,000 square meters and a floor area ratio of 3.5.
The "Longyu City Plaza" site is located in the center of Jinyang New District in Guiyang City, northwest of Guiyang's old city. It is connected with two main roads-Changling South Road and Guanshan Road. This area will rely on Guanshan Park and the Convention and Exhibition Center to form the core area of Jinyang.
